At Pott'd, we want you to love your home pottery experience, so if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unused kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all clay and paints remain sealed in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.
Pack Your Kit
Carefully place the unused pottery tools, clay, and accessories back into the original Pott'd box ensuring everything is securely padded for transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided return label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
